Panina Opa and his wife Janet from Gulf province will be flying to Sydney, Australia tomorrow on an all-expenses paid trip to watch this Sunday’s NRL grand finale, all thanks to FinCorp and TVWAN.
Hard work is the result of this after Panina was awarded the FinCorp Employee of the Year 2016/2017.
Managing Director of Fincorp, Tony Witham said Panina had ticked all the boxes to win the Employee of the Year.
He said the trip for two will include accommodation, meals, spending money and VIP seating at ANZ Stadium.
Panina, who is the Logistics Supervisor with FinCorp was grateful to his company and TVWAN.
“Fincorp has goals and objectives and one way to motivate staff to work harder is to reward the employees.
“It’s really helpful because it lifts the performance of the staff so that they can help Fincorp reach its goals and objectives, “said Opa.
Wife, Janet was extra excited, saying tomorrow will be her first time to get on an airplane.
The couple leave tomorrow and will return back to the country on Monday.
