Support grand final in a fair way: Turi

Police will not tolerate any misbehavior coming from the public this afternoon during the National Rugby League grand final match between the Melbourne Storms and Cronulla Sharks.

NCDC Metropolitan Superintendent Ben Turi says the police will be on watch for anyone caught misbehaving.

“Rugby league fanatics are advised to stay in their homes and watch the NRL grand final on television,” Turi stresses.

“We urge that to be on the safe side, you stay in the comfort of your own homes and watch the NRL grand finale.”
