Hunters home-game team named

A 19-man squad has been named for the SP PNG Hunters to take on Tweed Heads Seagulls in round three of the Queensland Intrust Super Cup this Saturday.

This is the Hunters first home game for the season, that will kick off at 6:30pm at the National Football Stadium in Port Moresby and will be telecast live on TVWAN Sports.

Co-captain Adam Korave will play his first game for the year after being added to the bench following suspension.

Adex Wera and Atte Bine will also return from suspension for the first home game this season for the Hunters.

Hunters  are confident of a better challenge after winning two of their away games and are currently running second on the Intrust Cup ladder.

Tweed Heads, on the other hand, have won their first game and lost the second to top team – Burleigh Bears.

Tickets are selling at K50 for grandstand and K25 for outer stand and are available from Stop N Shop outlets at North Waigani, Central Waigani, Rainbow, Boroko, Badili, Airways, Town and Deloit Tower.
