PNG National Party Leader and senior member of the Opposition, Kerenga Kua has come out to properly explain why he exploded on the floor of Parliament on the 2nd of August, raising a point of order.
He says that he was never allowed to make his point of order that there were five 'strangers' on the floor of Parliament, and the Clerk of Parliament never responded to his point of order.
