The Eastern Highlands Governor, Peter Numu has welcomed an Election Petition filed by 2nd runner up Simon Sia at the Court of Disputed Returns.
Numu says while the case is before the Court, that will not affect his responsibility as the Governor for Eastern Highlands Province.
