The Higher Education sector formally welcomed newly appointed Acting Secretary for the Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology, Professor Father Jan Czuba.
Czuba said the sector will continue the work of former secretary Professor David Kavanamur in a bid to develop and raise the standard of higher education in the country.
