Law students on TIPNG internship program

Third and fourth year Law Students; Rhonda Tevlone, Melvia Lyandenge and Alois Sinen, officially joined TIPNG’s LIP on December 2nd for an internship which will continue from December through to February.

TIPNG Executive Director, Arianne Kassman, welcomed the interns during their orientation on Monday, adding that their input over the next eight weeks would not only be crucial in reinforcing the functions of TIPNG, but would also provide them with a unique opportunity for growth as legal professionals.

SI Chief Justice acknowledges UPNG

He said UPNG has produced lawyers not only in PNG but also in Solomon Islands who are of high calibre.

“This institution, the Government and the people of this nation need to be acknowledged and thanked as well and I do so on my behalf as the Chief Justice of the Solomon Islands and the head of Judiciary acknowledge the courtesy and also the generosity as you have given us by allowing this institution to accommodate our students since then and till now.
