Police prosecutor responded to their lawyer’s submission today which was tendered into court on July 5.
Magistrate John Kaumi will now have a month to prepare his ruling on the sufficiency of evidence against accuseds, Jude Nidung, David Travolta, Gregory Tuaki, Alwin Matiabe, Tobias Samson and, Kenneth Yangun.
That ruling is expected on Sept 6. Their National Court bail of K5,000 each and conditions are extended till then.
