According to the West Sepik police commander Robert Gesa, his 397 police officers have all been briefed and are set to carry out their tasks at the polling sites and alongside the polling teams.
Gesa says that all 6 commanding officers engaged have also handed down their supplementary orders to their units ahead of the deployment.
He tells PNG Loop that despite the halt in the polling times from the 11th of July to today, his men are ready to carry out their duties.
