Under the new restructure that the Chief Secretary Isaac Lupari has created, an additional Deputy Secretary position was established with six Director-Generals positions in the Policy Monitoring and Coordination Division and three Director Generals in the Operations Division in 2016.
A further 24 director positions have been established in the Policy Coordination and Monitoring Division.
Lupari said the restructure and changes to the organization and management structure is to ensure that government policies need to be delivered on time, on budget and to expectations.
