Building A Nation Of Values

These are Papua New Guineans, leaders in their own rights passionate to transform the country. An observer will note it is rare to have had this mix and calibre of professionals together.

But this is something unique for the nation, the formulation of the Transformational Cabinet for the Senisim PNG Program. Through meetings like this, they will contribute for the blueprint of a program aimed at garnering leadership development for PNG leading a momentous movement to come.

Foundations Engage To Drive ‘Senisim PNG’

This program will engage Papua New Guinean leaders from all sectors of society from the top down as well as students from government-run schools.

This movement will be led by hand-picked leaders and influencers from the eight streams of society. This committee of leaders and influencers are part of the Transformation Cabinet. They will provide guidance and advice to the nation transformation program over a five-year partnership.

Partners Boost Rural Health Services

PNG Tribal Foundation Condemns Killing

The Foundation said the barbaric and animal-like behaviour of the perpetrators in the video must not go unpunished. In Papua New Guinea, a Constitution guarantees justice and freedom for each citizen.

The Tribal Foundation’s legal team is looking into the matter and will see how best they can provide support to the police and courts to ensure these perpetrators are brought to justice.

Govt called to act

They made this call during an appearance at the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva.

Tribal Foundation is urging the government to enforce existing laws and prosecute both perpetrators and instigators of Sorcery Accusation Related Violence.

Tribal believes these initiatives will be strengthened by the creation of a much needed National Human Rights Commission, which the Prime Minister called for in 2012 and again in 2018, after a visit by the then UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein.

Crimes against children should shock PNG!

This PNG Tribal Foundation statement follows the recent brutal torture of a 6-year-old girl in Enga Province.

The Foundation has named her 'Justice', because that is what she deserves under the laws of Papua New Guinea.

Justice is the daughter of the late Leniata Kepari, who was falsely accused of sorcery and then burnt alive in Mt. Hagen in 2013. To this day, no one has been charged and prosecuted for that murder.
