PNG went to the break with a 27-0 lead.

The second half only got worse for the Guam team gave away possession through poor ball handling and penalties.

The try scoring fest continued as Stanis Susuve, Tisa Kautu Eugene Tokavai scored more points.

Peter also grabbed his second for the game.

Our men's 7s double Tahiti score

PNG's Tisa Kautu scored the first try for the game.

Tahiti gained good possession and scored out wide to catch up. An unsuccessful conversion left the score at 7-5 with PNG in the lead.

PNG'S William Rew got out into a gap on the halfway line and raced away, shrugging off defenders to score under the posts.

Just before half time, Tahiti hit the same wing again and were successful,  leaving the half time score at 14-12.

But it was PNG's victory with two more tries in the second half to set up a convincing win.
