Patrick Paul Kaulela (42) today pleaded guilty before Deputy Chief Justice Sir Gibbs Salika to sexually interfering with a corpse.
Kaulela after pleading guilty had the case of Necrophilia against him discharged as he had already served his punishable time in custody.
He was arrested on Oct 29, 2014 and charged under section 236 (b) of the Criminal Code for indecently interfering with a corpse. A charge that is punishable for a term not exceeding two years.
