Government chief secretary Isaac Lupari made this known today in Port Moresby, flanked by heads of key government agencies which includes the three disciplinary forces.
This is one of the resolutions reached by the National Advisory Security Council after constant threats to disrupt services in recent months for Prime Minister Peter O’Neill to step down.
