MTV reviving 'Fear Factor' with Ludacris as host

The network has announced plans to bring back reality competition show "Fear Factor," which challenged competitors to a series of sometimes-gross bravery-testing challenges in hopes of winning $50,000.

The show originally aired on NBC from 2001-06 and had a short revival from 2011-12.

Musician and actor Ludacris will take on duties as host, replacing Joe Rogan. Ludacris will also serve as an executive producer.

Kylie Jenner and Tyga visit local children's hospital

The couple stopped by to meet and greet several young patients and hopefully shed some light into as many children's lives as possible.

"I think it's good to work with like a children's hospital and I've been doing it for the last couple of years and every year is just getting bigger and better," Tyga explained.

"I meet more kids and put more smiles on kids' faces."

Video footage from the MTV2 program shows the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star hugging several kids, taking selfies and handing out gifts for the patients to enjoy during their stay at the hospital.
