Six months on since the alleged incident, Police Prosecution informed the court they are yet to get instructions from investigators regarding the progress of their investigations.
This was said when one of the accused (name withheld) returned before the court today for mention.
The accused made his first appearance in court on August 18 this year.
He was arrested and charged under section 347 (1) of the Criminal Code for allegedly sexually penetrating another person without her consent near the Mt Diamond secondary school grounds.
