He said this when receiving the keys to two new tipper trucks, which were sponsored by Morobe Governor Kasiga Kelly Naru, through the Provincial Services Improvement Program (PSIP) funds.
He said he was so thankful to have a Governor who is vocal about development in the rural areas unlike.
"Governor Naru has partnered well with me to distribute government services to the rural population. And we are doing well to deliver this services to my people in the Bulolo District," he said.
