New Software For SMEs

Through a collaboration with global fintech, Xero, Kina has developed and launched its new platform, Kina Xero Bank Feed, which is a cloud-based software that provides online tools to manage everyday business needs.

Kina Bank Opens Alotau Branch

Kina continues to provide financial inclusion partnership with MiBank and the establishment of this Co-Branded Branch concept is a reflection that both Banks are looking to serve the market.

The Alotau branch will fully open to customers tomorrow, July 4.

Cash Incentive Launched For Home Buyers

The K2000 incentive will be paid once a home loan settles and represents a market first for Papua New Guinea.

Kina Bank launches 'Single View'

In a media statement, the bank said it is set to be a digital game changer that helps customers keep an eye on their financial big picture.

Kina Bank Single View gives customers the ability to link participating superannuation accounts to their Kina Bank Personal Online Banking profile. Customers can then view their current superannuation balance alongside their banking products in a single view.

A digital banking leader, Kina Bank worked with PNG’s major superannuation funds, including Nasfund and Comrade Trustee Services, to develop the Single View platform.

GoFood App key features

You can either place your order on the App and when the order is delivered to your doorstep, you can make payment via eftpos or you can pay through BSP Pay, a tab that BSP has done with GoFood (PNG) Ltd.

Anurag Borkar of GoFood Ltd said they will soon be launching the BSP Internet Payment Gateway (BSP IPG) which will allow all master and visa card holders to pay directly through the app.

GoFood (PNG) Ltd launches App

GoFood (PNG) has been in operation since 2016. Its operation has obtained valuable feedback and traction from its customers, and now with the App, customers can rest assured that it meets their expectations.

GoFood Ltd Chief Operations Officer, Vavine Anang said it took 6 years to get into full operations, and believes that they are ready in having an App that customers can use to enjoy the cuisines that are available in Port Moresby.

Economic analysts, including the World Bank predict good growth for the PNG economy in 2022. Following its 2021 results, Kina Bank is now the second biggest bank, by lending, in PNG that now sets the pace for the sector in 2022.
