Storm furious as Wayne poaches THIRD representative star for Dolphins in 2023

Bromwich has become the latest big-name Melbourne Storm forward to agree to terms with the NRL’s 17th team inking a three-year deal to join the Dolphins.

The move has infuriated the Melbourne Storm and particularly coach Craig Bellamy given the Dolphins will now have three representative forwards from the Storm in the Redcliffe starting pack next season.

The 16 rival NRL clubs are becoming increasingly angry with Redcliffe given the Dolphins are cashed-up with $9.2 million for 2023 and actively attempting to poach some of the game’s best players.

Less than a week after landing the key signature of the Melbourne Storm front rower Jesse Bromwich, the Dolphins are now aiming to turn the Bromwich brothers into a package deal for 2023.

Kenny Bromwich, 31, has played 192 NRL games since debuting for the Melbourne Storm in 2013 and was part of the purple reign 2017 and 2020 premiership-winning sides.

Having been stuck behind the representative pair for the best part of four seasons, Kenny Bromwich now has the opportunity to join his brother Jesse in the starting side in what would be a dream come true for the Manurewa Marlins juniors.
