Parker, who appeared from custody, looked well as he walked in casually dressed and in thongs before a court room filled with relatives of the late Lapan Nason.
The matter today was for Parker’s lawyer to make submissions in response to police completion of their investigation however that was not done.
His lawyer from Ashurst Lawyers instead went before the court seeking a further adjournment to December 11.
His co-accused Akai Andekumo also appeared with his lawyer from the Public Solicitors office.
The court further adjourned the matter to December 11.
