The matter involving 22-year-old Joshua Yawijah of Maia village, Pangia, Southern Highlands Province, and 23-year-old Jacklyn Tanda of Sakarip village, Wabag, Enga Province, returned to the Waigani Committal Court today.
The matter was returnable for the prosecution team to present its submissions however, that was further adjourned to June 22 to give the police prosecution team more time to prepare that.
On their last appearance on April 13, their lawyer gave responses to the completed files or investigation police hand out brief served to both defendants.
