WNB must be proud of aircraft, says Hosea

The aircraft was welcomed with a hose-down from fire trucks followed by performances from traditional singsing groups.

Speaking during the arrival at the terminal yesterday, Provincial Administrator Williamson Hosea said the naming of the aircraft is something that the people of West New Britain must be proud of.

He said Hoskins port, being the second contributor to the Air Niugini coffers after Mt Hagen, was a bonus in terms of promoting tourism in the province.
