Justice Les Gavera-Nanu handed down the decision yesterday, Thursday 2nd December, 2021.

The Member, who went before a leadership tribunal since July 2021, has been cleared from 21 charges for alleged failure to declare annual statements to the Ombudsman Commission.

He pleaded guilty to one charge for providing incorrect dates of birth for his spouse and children on the annual statements.

Lampard fined after FA charge

Lampard was sent off during Derby's Championship defeat to Rotherham United on Saturday, the first time the former England midfielder has been dismissed since taking his maiden managerial job.

The former England international accepted the charge and the FA confirmed a "standard penalty" had been handed out to Lampard, who left his technical area during the game.

Speaking ahead of Derby's Championship game against Blackburn Rovers, Lampard called for consistency in the way managers are punished.

Hunt cleared to make return

Hunt, 31, was arrested in December last year before pleading guilty on separate charges of possessing a dangerous drug (Alprazolam) and contravening a police direction, fined 300 Australian dollars for each offence.

RA said it found Hunt committed "a low-level breach" of the organisation's player code of conduct. 

It fined Hunt 10,000 AUD and handed him a four-match suspension, while he was placed on an illicit drug testing program for 12 months and will participate in any drug treatment and education programs deemed necessary by RA.

Soccer teams fined

This was confirmed by the PNG Football Association who explained that for every red card, a player is fined K1,000 and K200 for every yellow card.

Tempers flared during the second half of the match resulting in several punches being exchanged in stoppage time.

Both teams paid the price with match referee, Mairi Noni, showing Strikers’ Laventine Munou and FC Morobe’s Jason Farrock red cards.

Yellow cards were also given to players from both sides - Jaggen Nalu from Strikers and FC Morobe’s Bernard Purari and Ferdahlas Namuesi.
