The Eye Health Hero program is an initiative of the International Agency for Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) in Partnership with the L’OCCITANE Foundation.
It is designed to celebrate eye care practitioners and frontline staff whose every day works behind the scenes is making a real difference towards world eye health care.
Out of the 24 winners who are selected throughout the world, two of them received travel grants through the foundation to receive the awards in person.
