Urban unemployed youths to undergo literacy and numeracy training

A Literacy and Livelihoods Training Project was launched today by NCD Governor Powes Parkop under the UYEP to train about 500 youths including school leavers and drop outs.

NCDC through the UYEP has awarded a contract to Montrose, in partnership with Anglicare PNG to deliver basic literacy and numeracy for the training project.

Montrose is a British international development and social performance consultancy company specialised in health, education and rural development project services.
