2016 UOG Investigation Committee

Report: UOG staff must be trained on discipline enforcement

This was one of the recommendations proposed by the UOG Investigation Committee that conducted an investigation into the conflict among students in June.

Committee chairman and UOG Council member, Lawrence Titimur, said by training the staff, they will take full responsibility when dealing with internal matters.

Titimur explained that when a member of the staff commits a breach of law, his immediate supervisor has a responsibility to carry out discipline on that particular officer.
