Unchanged line-up for SP Hunters announced

SP PNG Hunters coach Michael Marum has retained an unchanged line-up for the Round 11 Intrust Super Cup clash against Central Queensland Capras this weekend in Port Moresby.

In a press conference today, coach Marum said the only addition is Edene Gabbie on the extended bench.

The 20-man squad is:

Last weekend’s 18-man against the Wynnum Manly Seagulls proved successful for the side that’s lost 5 away games.

Coach Marum will confirm the final 17 at the Captain’s Run at 3pm on Friday at the National Football Stadium.

The SP Hunters take on the Capras at the Oil Search National Football Stadium this Saturday, May 19, at 3pm.

At 12.30pm is the Digicel Cup round 7 fixture between NCDC Vipers and Kroton Hela Wigmen.

The curtain raiser at 10.30am is a POMRFL ‘A’ Grade match between Hohola Flies and Brothers.

Gates will open at 10am.

Meantime, the Hunters would like to remind their supporters that the SP Awards People’s Choice for the ‘Male Athlete of the Year’ and ‘Team of the Year’ closes this Friday, May 18.
