Quarterfinal tickets up for grabs

The hunt to secure the only two tickets available for the qualifying finals of the FIFA U20 World Cup is open.

In the four matches to be played this afternoon, upsets and heart breaks could complete the final pool matches.

Group C leaders USA will challenge the unpredictable Ghana side, and New Zealand and France to battle it out, all playing for survival.

The final results will affect the final group standing.

In the point’s leader, USA is on 4 points, New Zealand 3, France 2 and Ghana 1.

In Group D, Korea Republic and Mexico will be praying the soccer gods stay by their sides.

Korea will be facing the might of group pacesetters Germany and will aim for a win to guarantee a seat to the next stage of the world cup.

And Mexico will be looking to grab the three points against luckless Venezuela, and hope Germany maintains their winning stride over Korea.

Group D points leader stands as; Germany 6 points, Korea Republic 3, Mexico 3, and Venezuela 0.
