Kumuls looking to cause upset

PNG LNG Kumuls coach Michael Marum says the PNG LNG Kumuls are looking to cause the upset of the round.

He is staying focused on his 17-man team to execute the game plan on field.

In a phone interview with TVWan Sports from Melbourne this afternoon, Coach Marum said the team had a captain’s run this morning.

He said the team is doing well in camp without any injury scares and the atmosphere has been great despite the rain in Melbourne.

Coach Marum is aware that England is being guided by master coach Wayne Bennet, but says he will only worry about his team’s on field performance.

He urged all Papua New Guineans to tune in at 3pm PNG time to cheer on the Kumuls as they take on England in the RLWC 2017 quarterfinals on Sunday.
