SP Brewery has continued with its support of Cricket PNG’s high performance programs with a renewal of its sponsorship of a K150, 000 for this year.
The sponsorship will ensure the national men’s and women’s teams continue to excel and raise the bar one level higher.
Speaking at yesterday’s cheque presentation, Managing Director of SP Brewery, Stan Joyce said Cricket PNG’s successes on the field are a result and reflection of strategic, good governance and management of the sport in a transparent and unified manner.
“Cricket is a sport that has gone from strength to strength over the years due to the vision and direction of its administration, which has developed these young men and women into not just great cricketers, but community role models too.”
This is SP Brewery’s third year of sponsorship to Cricket PNG.
“I’m sure this partnership will continue to grow.”
CEO of Cricket PNG, Greg Campbell said Cricket PNG was very lucky to have sponsors like SP Brewery.
