Bears and Mariners today booked their spots in the grand final of the Port Moresby Women’s Softball competition after winning their preliminary finals.
In the B grade division match in the morning, Mariners thrashed United Sisters 13-5. Mariners will meet with Yokomo in the grand final.
To the A grade division, Bears stomped over Wantoks 11-1 with the match called off in the fourth inning after the mercy rule was applied.
This means Bears will take on United Sisters in the grand final.
