Three all-time QLD legends are in Port Moresby for a Legends POM Tour 2017 event.
Former Brisbane Broncos players and legends, Justin Hodges, Petero Civoniceva and Kevin Champion took some time off today and paid a visit to the Port Moresby General Hospital Pediatric Children’s ward this afternoon.
Excited children and parents at the Pediatric Ward woke up from their beds and took the opportunity to shake the players’ hands and take picture as well.
The legends did a walk-through of all three of the hospitals children’s ward to have a chat with children admitted at the ward escorted by the hospitals newly appointed CEO, Dr Umesh Gupta.
The Legend Tour is privately organized by corporate sponsors, Total Fluid Solutions and Elite Sport Company; a sport management and marketing company working with some of the biggest names in the world of sport
Its main aim is to help talented athletes achieve their potential and to maximize their financial capability throughout their career.
The legends along with several of our PNG Hunters will be running two coaching clinics at Bava Park tomorrow with local children from 8am to 11: 30am in the morning.
