Local film makers in Port Moresby have met with one of the best in the business from the United States.
Tim Wolff is a visiting film producer from the American Film Showcase. AFS is an organisation based under the University of Southern California film school.
In partnership with Port Moresby US Embassy and the US state department, film makers with different projects are being sent throughout the world to interact with local producers.
Wolff hosted a brief workshop on Monday at the American Corner at the National Library.
He spoke of his personal experience as a film maker in US, starting from nothing, having nothing, all the way to having his first feature on Netflix.
He shared on what he does and the processes engaged.
Workshop participants varied from media houses to individual freelancers.
