Kokopo Update

​Two chartered flights landed at the Tokua Airport this afternoon, transporting a further 12 Members for “The alliance" camp.

Welcoming the two groups at the airport was the President of the National Alliance Party and Namatanai member elect, Walter Schnaubelt along with other executives of the National Alliance Party.

The first flight brought in Vanimo Green MP, Belden Namah, Newly elected Western Province Governor, Taboi Awi Yoto, South Fly MP, Seki Agisa, North Fly MP James Donald, Gumini Open MP, Lukas Dekena and Wabag Open MP, Dr Lino Tom.

The second flight saw the arrival of MP for Moresby North West, Sir Mekere Morauta, SineSine Yongomugl MP, Kerenga Kua, PANGU Leader and Bulolo MP, Sam BASIL, Central Province Governor, Robert Agorobe, Morobe Governor, Ginson Soanu and National Alliance Leader and MP for Aitape Lumi, Patrick Pruitach.

Meanwhile the camp is now on lock down as the members prepare to formalize the Kokopo Accord before heading back to Port Moresby when Parliament resumes on Wednesday.
