A Tari man was attacked by another last night along Angau drive, Boroko in relation to a fight that took place 2 years ago.
According to Moresby police the suspect 45, slashed the victim 52, on his head and shoulders leaving him to bleed out near a group of tucker shops.
The suspect, identified also to be from Tari, has gone into hiding.
Police have also uncovered additional information linking the suspect to another attack on a man and his wife in late 2013 as well as the attack of another man in May last year.
In November 2013 the man stabbed the Tari man and made off with his wife’s market takings of K500 then he went into hiding only to resurface in May 2015 and carry out another attack on another Tari man at nine mile.
Meantime, last night’s victim has received treatment and is reported to be in a stable condition tonight.
