Newly sworn in Governor for Hela Francis Potape has called on Anderson Agiru to stop misleading the people of Hela.
Potape was referring to a media release in one of the dailies today replacing the presidents.
He said Agiru has no power to replace or reappoint members of the provincial executive council.
"There is a process and way to deal with such issues.
"Why is he rushing to change the PEC members?" Potape asked.
He said his PEC members are intact and will move Hela to the next level.
