Port Moresby residents flocked to the Murray Barracks oval this Christmas eve to share the Christmas spirit through music.
They gathered as early as 6pm for the carols by candle light main program that commenced at 8pm.
The Carols by Candle light is sponsored by NCD Powes Parkop in conjunction with SP Brewery.
It is an initiative of the Hospital Poroman Foundation.
Residents who attended were treated with performances from the Urban Clan Choir, musicians Baine, Radley, Straky, Mereani Masani, Nathan Nakikus and a special performance by Lieutanant Colonel Dr Peter Kaminiel and his family and the staff of Hospital Poroman Foundation.
Also present tonight was Miss South Pacific 2015 Abigail Havora who went around saying gellow yo everyone and spreading the Christmas Cheer with her smiles.
The program ended around 10pm.
