As Tropical Cyclone Winston swirls around the Pacific Islands, the weather office says Papua New Guinea will experience fine weather today and tonight.
The sun is out in most of the Southern Region with cloud cover in Popondetta.
Up to the highlands, there is generally low cloud cover throughout the region.
Down to Momase, the region will experience isolated showers especially for Vanimo and cloud cover in Lae while Madang and Wewak will be mostly fine.
To the New Guinea Islands, there’s cloud cover for Kokopo, Kavieng, Buka and Kimbe with chances of rain later in the day.
Strong winds will also be experienced along the coast of New Ireland and Bougainville while Manus has fine weather.
