Ase Boas to lead team against Blackhawks tomorrow

The PNG SP Hunters’ key player and five-eighth Ase Boas will step in to lead the team against Townsville Blackhawks tomorrow at the Jack Maski oval in Townsville.

With Hunters sitting on the third spot with 32 points and Blackhawks on fourth with 31, the round 23 clash will see a decider to find the team that will finish third on the ladder after the end of the regular season.

With co-captain Noel Zeming still out of the team and captain Adam Korave yet to be rated a good chance to play because of a knee injury picked up in the previous match against Jets, Boas was  named to lead the team for tomorrow’s game.
