More than 1,500 students attended the National Lutheran Students' Camp over the weekend at the Gabmazung Lutheran Primary School in Morobe.
Primary, high and secondary schools throughout the country attended the gathering at Nadzab.
Coordinator Roy Miringkec said attendance at the event was great and it was a blessing to see young Lutherans throughout the country attend the annual event.
Meanwhile, Huon Gulf MP Ross Seymour presented K50,000 to the gathering.
He gave K30,000 to Madang students to host the next Easter camp and K20,000 to the host committee in appreciation for organising the meeting.
The camp was opened on Easter Friday and during the meeting.
Governor-General Bob Dadae also took part on Easter Saturday.
The 2016 gathering was at Kitip Secondary School in the Western Highlands Province.
