The member for Kandep, Alfred Manaseh is still adamant that the former Kandep MP, Don Polye must take responsibility to address the destruction and the loss of lives due to the continuous tribal war fare between tribes in the Alama and Teremanda clans.
He stated this during a recent interview, following the reluctance of a few families in the Amala tribe to sign an MoU to declare an understanding between the warring tribes to call for peace.
