Work has begun to address the absence of women in Papua New Guinea's 10th National Parliament in preparation for the 20-22 national general election.
A two-day forum last week hosted by the United Nations Development Programme or UNDP and partner agencies, attracted women candidates who contested the 20-17 general election as well as academics, and women in the private and civil society.
