There is a section in the Electoral Law that allows for Eligible voters to file under Election petitions.
However this has never been attempted by anyone or parties that feel they were left out during the voting process, even though their names were on the Electoral roll.
This was made known by experienced lawyer on Election petitions, Andrew Kongri last night during TV Wans 2017 Election program.
