No arrests yet for artist fight video

“We haven’t made any arrests yet,” says OIC Homicide, John Daviagi.

Daviagi said they were supposed to meet with the complainant Donald Gelu (Raga Siai) to go over the case but he did not turn up as expected.

“We’re still expecting him to come and assist to go through his case as well as get statements and hopefully get someone arrested and charged for the video.”

He adds that the case was first filed in Rabaul and upon requested help, the reported case was sent to be Port Moresby to be investigated further by CID.

The case is currently with homicide.

Police confirm Wildpack investigations

Officers at CID/Homicide in Port Moresby, say that the complaint was filed and that they are working on the case now.

According to complainant, Donald Gelu (Raga Siai), the complaint was filed last Thursday at the Boroko Police Station.

Officer in charge for homicide, John Daviagi confirmed with this newsroom revealing that the case was first filed in Rabaul.

He adds that upon requested help, the reported case was sent to be Port Moresby to be investigated further by CID.

Parkop to push for Wildpack ban

The 52 seconds video sees JT from the band Wild Pack badly bashing solo artist Ragga Siai.

This video has gone viral, even attracting the attention of senior musicians like Leonard Kania, few politicians and other public figures, to respond to it.

NCD Governor Powes Parkop is one who has volunteered to push for this agenda.

Boy band keeps it simple

Led by Que and Initial J, the band’s first single Gabagaba Natuna is said to drop next week.

The two are former members of the band Wildpack.

Breaking away from the pack at least three months ago, the duo have gathered a few more boys to form their new band.

Clueless have done a few demos.

Gabagaba Natuna is the official first recorded under GabaKundu records.

The song is about Que’s place of origin – Gabagaba.

Speaking to Loop PNG, Que said the band hopes to launch an album this year.
