TVI Facilitating Harvard program

People working with young people in the space of Sorcery Accusation Related Violence, Youth Unemployment & Pathways, Drug & Alcohol abuse, are invited to apply next month.
A media, launch and Information Session was held at the Voice Inc. Head Office in Port Moresby, on Tuesday 27 June to announce the second round of Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation Online Action-Learning Program.

PDIA is a key component of TVI’s Local Leadership and Collective Action Program funded by the Australian Government.

Inaugural ‘Citizenship Academy’ starts

The Voice Inc., in partnership with the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA), are jointly hosting the workshop through the Youth Coalition Network.

The workshop is designed to ensure that young women and men, too often marginalized from political processes, are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively participate in, and contribute to, the consolidation and strengthening of their democracies. 

Youth group to host meeting for ‘nation builders’

The conference is expected to bring 45 young people from Papua New Guinea and Australia and will also see keynote speakers attend including the patron of the conference, Secretary General of the Pacific Forums Secretariat Dame Meg Taylor.

Keynote speakers will talk around the theme Building a Sustainable Future and the event will bring together students doing the third level of The Voice Inc.’s Leadership Development Program at the University of PNG and the PNG University Of Technology and as well as young people from its partner, Oaktree in Australia.
