And now, gone are the days of sitting and waiting to be served.

The newest restaurant in Vision City opened today to the excitement of customers familiar with a hot pot.  

This is common in Asian countries, sometimes called a steam boat.

It refers to several East Asian varieties of food, consisting of simmering metal pot of stock at the center of the dining table. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table.

The Vision City mall is back to business as usual after its shut down yesterday due to a robbery scare.

That’s according to the assistant general manager for Vision City Anderson Ting was based on a tip off received by their security staff.

Ting says that two suspects were spotted at the main shopping mart which was why the guards had to move in and shut down the mall in order to properly assess  the situation.

He says that the two men were in the store with the first lot of shoppers but were quickly spotted by guards who tried to contain the store and move in to apprehend the men.
