“We haven’t made any arrests yet,” says OIC Homicide, John Daviagi.
Daviagi said they were supposed to meet with the complainant Donald Gelu (Raga Siai) to go over the case but he did not turn up as expected.
“We’re still expecting him to come and assist to go through his case as well as get statements and hopefully get someone arrested and charged for the video.”
He adds that the case was first filed in Rabaul and upon requested help, the reported case was sent to be Port Moresby to be investigated further by CID.
The case is currently with homicide.
