Duma encourages Post logistics

He shared this during the ground-breaking ceremony of Post PNG’s new warehouse, storage and distribution facility at Motukea.

In a small ceremony within the Cancer Clinic this week, head of cancer clinic, Dr. Peter Olali thanked both Post PNG and Sesago Healthcare for making it possible for cancer drugs, gleevec Imatinib Misylate to be delivered to patients with a form of leukemia.

Post PNG sees importance of Trukai Fun Run

Chief Operations Officer of Post PNG, Ben Davis, said the Trukai Fun Run is a great way of giving back to the community and they are pleased to be a part of it.

Davis thanked the PNG Olympic Committee for providing the opportunity for the corporate sector to be part of Team PNG through the Fun Run, and presented a cheque for K16,000 for Fun Run T-shirts.

The shirts were bought during the Trukai Fun Run auctions in Port Moresby on March 8 this year. Post PNG bought 1,600 shirts to be the second highest bidder for Port Moresby.

Western Union launches new partnerships in PNG

Representatives from the organizations were on hand to celebrate the launch of the cash transfer service in the country on Tuesday.

Western Union Pacific Regional Director, Tasko Alcevski highlighted the impressive service range for his organization.

New series of PNG stamps released

The stamps, which were launched today in what is known as a cancellation ceremony in the postage profession, will display PNG’s position as she chairs APEC; that it is not just about growth but sustainable growth.

Post PNG to sign tariff agreement with ICCC

This contract will provide the basis for price adjustments for postage stamps and post office boxes to apply to Post PNG.

The agreement will be for the next five years, commencing on January, 2017.

The Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of the ICCC, Paulus Ain, in announcing the signing said that this contract is similar to what other countries refer to as a general tariff order.
