At least that's what it feels like as the former One Direction member debuted his new song, "Sign of the Times" Friday and the Internet commenced to freak out.

This is standard practice, by the way, for anything having to do with the former members of One Direction.

The long, slow-paced jam. which clocks in just under six minutes, quickly lit up Twitter as fans shared their love of it.

"Everyone needs to bow down to Harry Styles today because he's the king and his new song is legendary," one person tweeted.

Niall Horan, one of the band members, suggested in an interview that loyal "Directioners" shouldn't lose hope for a reunion.

"It will definitely happen, of course," Horan told the Australian radio show "Smallzy's Surgery" on Tuesday. "As I've said many times, we'd be stupid not to."

It's the first time the singer has spoken publicly about Johannah Deakin since she passed away from leukaemia in December.

"It was my mum who said to me that I've just got to keep going," he says in the interview with US station SiriusXM.

The former One Direction star was promoting his new single with DJ Steve Aoki.

It turns out the 23-year-old "Pillowtalk" crooner is quite the chef when it comes to wining and dining his supermodel leading lady. As he told Es Magazine, Malik prepares many of Britain's signature dishes for the Maybelline cover girl, including steak and potato pie, Sunday roast dinner and Yorkshire pudding. "Yeah, she likes a good Yorkshire pudding," he told the magazine. 

In his autobiography, "Zayn," out Tuesday, the singer writes that he would sometimes go for days without eating.

No lie, the 23-year-old boyfriend of Gigi Hadid chatted with Glamour magazine for an interview inside their August 2016 issue and revealed the first moment he realized he needed to leave the group.

The What Do You Mean? singer and British boy band just happen to share a release date, Nov. 13.

While the fellows have been largely cordial while promoting their latest music, Bieber decided to poke some friendly fun at his competition when he posted a video to Snapchat a few weeks back, saying, "The face you make when you come out with an album the same day as Justin Bieber."

He proceeded to make a terrified face as he recoiled from the camera.

Spotify said Thursday that Bieber's "What Do You Mean" was streamed more than 21 million streams in just five days.

The song sets a new record in the U.S. and globally, and surpassed the 20 million streams that One Direction's "Drag Me Down" launched in its debut week.

Bieber performed the song at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards and cried after the performance.

The One Direction band member is thinking about starting a career in acting, a source tells E! News exclusively. "Harry is being offered acting stuff, but he hasn't accepted anything yet," the source says.

"He is not openly looking for stuff either but is open to offers."

But the British heartthrob isn't going to accept just anything that comes his way just because it's offered. Harry is looking to appear on the silver screen only if it's a part that feels right. "If he does expand into that field," the source adds, "he wants to make sure it is the right role."
