Moni Plus Celebrates 50 Years of Hiri Moale Festival

Seasoned campaigners, West Eagles, Koboni Demons and 13 Plus Cats opened up Moni Plus 2021 Port Moresby AFL season on a high note, strapping their opponents with impressive wins at the Colts Oval on the weekend.

The Eagles, coming off their pre-season victory last week proved a class above the Dockers by 37 in the main match on Saturday.

Moni Plus, Theodist launch partnership

Gabriel Tine was the very first customer to receive his fully financed goods from Theodist under their new consumer finance partnership with Moni Plus.

He needed some items for his ongoing study this year and when he found out about the arrangement, he dropped his application in store on Friday and received his items on Monday.

Jaya Holdings to acquire Moni Plus for US$232m

Under the agreement signed last Tuesday, Jaya will issue up to 725.6 million new shares to the five individuals who own Heduru Moni (Moni Plus), namely Bernard Chan, Tan Siew Ann Jason, Lee Chan Beng, David John Kelso and Gajanan Pandurang Barve.

The number of shares to be issued is based on a pre-consolidation issue price of 32 Singapore cents per share. The company plans to undertake a two into one share consolidation.
